My Profile
I am an economics research scholar at IIT Bombay with research interests in Monetary Economics, Open-Economy Macroeconomics, International Finance, Econometric Modelling, and Public finance. Prior to academic research, I worked as a research fellow in the Economic and Political Weekly Research Foundation.
Given my research and career interests, I've been fortunate to pursue relevant opportunities in premier research institutes. My day to day output reflects a high level of motivation, efficiency, and ability to meet any objective. I have a proven ability to troubleshoot, perform under a minimum amount of supervision, and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and good judgment. I have a hand in experience doing research on various policy-related issues using statistical packages. Currently, I am working on understanding the dynamics of Liquidity and monetary policy in India.
This blog and forum have been created to bring together policy enthusiasts and ponder over emerging issues in the Indian economy and the world with evidence-based research insights. Another motivation is to offer students a forum where they can discuss and get answers to policy-relevant issues on the Indian economy and developments across the globe. Sincere gratitude to all the reviewers and visitors for continuous inputs for improvement. Readers encouraged to share their valuable feedback and suggestions.
